Read what our staff say about working for us:

Rebecca says she ‘had such a good time doing her work experience after graduating, she decided to return. I got on well with everyone, they are all very friendly, approachable and supportive. I enjoyed the learning and getting a good grounding in lots of different skills and areas. Getting a professional qualification at the end really kept me motivated. It is very client focused and all about what is best for the client, not just what is best for BF.’€

Jess says ‘the culture here is professional ‘there are good systems in place. It’s so friendly, and we have a great work/life balance. Employees are very valued. It is possible to progress quickly and there are lots of opportunities in work and outside. If you speak up about what you want to do, you’ll be offered opportunities. Socially we are encouraged to network at Young Professionals events and firm socials with clients.’€

Matt says ‘Bishop Fleming were really welcoming and provided me with lots of information about career paths available to me from A levels. I was given the chance to speak to many members of staff who joined the firm as a school leaver. I am in a position where I am gaining similar qualifications to a university student and being paid to do so. I didn’t see myself as someone who would enjoy the office environment but that changed when I spent a week with Bishop Fleming. I strongly recommend doing some form of work placement and seeing the other options that many colleges and schools don’t tell you about.’€
